Job summary

WebMD LLC, via its Medscape division, seeks a Marketing Manager to support the Sales team with presales configurations, audience targeting, and Salesforce data entry. You will coordinate with internal teams and manage junior staff while guiding marketing campaigns to pharma brands.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in online healthcare marketing or sales development, with strong communication and organizational skills. Eligible for discretionary bonus and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years online healthcare marketing, and/or sales development experience preferred.
• Team player with strong organizational and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from various Sales rep partners.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Solutions team for presales configurations and audience targeting.
• Enter sold deal information into Salesforce and coordinate with execution teams.
• Lead special projects and initiatives for Marketing Solutions.
• Manage junior team members and ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Collaborate with Sales reps to craft proposals and marketing campaigns.
