You will educate patients, promote skincare products, and contribute to practice revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a cosmetic dermatology setting, holds an aesthetician license with laser certification, and excels in patient consultations and sales.

Qualifications

• Current State Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician license.
• Laser certification consistent with state requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or cosmetic practice.
• Experience performing laser treatments and advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong consultation, sales, and patient relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and aesthetic consultations.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals.
• Educate patients on options, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Document consultations, plans, and progress in EMR.
• Obtain informed consent prior to procedures.
