Job summary

SkinSpirit, a leading aesthetic skincare provider, is hiring an Aesthetic Practitioner in Scottsdale. The role involves assessing patients and delivering aesthetic services including cosmetic injections, lasers, and laser hair removal.

You will educate patients on treatments, develop personalized plans, and ensure safety and quality. We seek candidates with active medical licenses in the state, 2+ years of clinic experience, and comfort working evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical professional (RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND) in state of employment
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in aesthetic clinics preferred
• Laser experience preferred
• Established clientele is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and be flexible with business needs
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient with email; social media experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform aesthetic treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, laser hair removal)
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Maintain patient charts and before/after photos
• Ensure patient safety at all times and follow protocols
• Promote retail products and additional services
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory
• Attend trainings and meetings; travel to other locations for training if needed
