AdmireMD Skin & Wellness Clinic, part of the CPP Clinics network, is seeking a Certified Laser Technician and Licensed Aesthetician to join its fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic in the Phoenix area. The role is part-time, requiring three days per week with some travel between Phoenix and Scottsdale locations.

The ideal candidate has a Laser Technician certification, at least three years in aesthetics, excellent communication, and a proven ability to educate clients and promote services.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Laser Technician from a recognized institution or governing body.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate clients on treatments.
• Proficient in consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.

Responsabilités

• Perform cosmetic light and energy-based therapies for skin, face, and body.
• Provide cosmetic procedures (peels, facials, Dermaplaning, microneedling).
• Educate clients and ensure follow-through on care plans.
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR.
• Maintain professional appearance and clinic standards.
• Participate in training and team meetings as required.

AdmireMD Skin & Wellness Clinic, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Certified Laser Technician & Licensed Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time role (3 days/week). The candidate must be flexible to commute between our Phoenix and Scottsdale locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cosmetic light and energy-based therapies involving the skin, face, and body; Experience with Sciton energy-based devices preferred.
• Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body (chemical peels, facials, Dermaplaning, microneedling, etc.);
• Promote client retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care;
• Provide client education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare;
• Accurately and promptly document all patient encounters, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR);
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of the practice;
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as required;
• Assist other providers with their patients and the practice's needs as directed;
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member;
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with applicable practice policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies and protocols to protect patients, staff, and the work environment;
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and professional regulations, including ongoing monitoring of new or revised legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the position;
• Remain current with the latest evidence-based practices and emerging literature in aesthetic medical procedures to ensure delivery of safe and up-to-date patient care.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.
• Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client’s unique needs.
