Responsibilities

• Ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled.
• Answer phones and address caller questions/needs as appropriate.
• Confirm insurance and key demographic information.
• Enter information into patient record.
• Ensure incoming patient medical records are processed and incorporated into the patient medical record.
• Assist as assigned with other business functions related to patient processing and billing.
