• Collects vital signs and performs basic procedures when needed.
• Registers patients and handles check-out and payments.
• Maintains patient records and confidentiality per policy.
• Communicates with patients, physicians, and payers to coordinate care.
• Manages files, releases information, and ensures accurate data entry.
