Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Medical Administration Specialist (PEBLO) to provide essential administrative support at the Missouri Army National Guard in Jefferson City. The role requires 2+ years in a medical office, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Familiarity with CHCS, MHS GENESIS, and DENTRIX is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical administrative processes; military healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to MEB and PEBLO staff.
• Assist with TDEB/PDEB processes.
• Support LIMDU boards as required.
• Guidance to service members and staff on disability and administrative processes.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate medical and referral appointments.
• Use government systems including CHCS, MHS GENESIS, and DENTRIX.
• Contact patients regarding appointment coordination.
• Serve as a medical records technician for various records.
• Maintain and file medical documentation per regulatory standards.
