Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicaid Population Health Management Lead — Wellness and Prevention to drive strategy, product development, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. The role focuses on expanding wellness and prevention solutions for Medicaid populations, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs, and partnering with analytics to measure impact.

The position offers hybrid work options with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health insurance, healthcare strategy, product or solution development, population health, wellness, or healthcare advisory services.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicaid populations.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs, policy, covered services, and the needs of vulnerable populations.
• Experience developing healthcare products, programs, services, or member-facing solutions.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience identifying trends and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop wellness and prevention strategies that improve Medicaid member health and engagement.
• Lead product development from discovery through launch and evolution.
• Translate priorities into clear concepts, business cases, and requirements.
• Use human-centered design and member research to create accessible solutions.
