Millennial Healthcare is seeking a Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Citrus County. The role supports Medicaid applications, resident trust management, and collections while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A minimum of one (1) year Business Office and Medicaid Specialist experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Experience with Applying for Long Term Care Medicaid.
• Experience with RFMS (Resident Trust).
• Experience with Collections.
• Experience with PCC.
