Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Provider Data Coordinator to support the Medicaid provider management team. You will focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities, coordinating intake and triage work and provider data tasks.

You'll lead work assignments, collaborate with the manager to meet production targets and turnaround times, and leverage QNXT and advanced Excel skills to deliver accurate analyses.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignment and triage work for Network Operations-Intake.
• Handle provider data assignments and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and collaborate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
