Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medicaid provider data governance and attribution operations. The role collaborates with provider data management, IT, analytics, claims, and other teams to ensure accuracy, governance, and reliable downstream processes.

Applicants should have extensive experience in Medicaid operations, data governance, and analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or comparable analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects supporting regulatory requirements and customer experience.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify recurring defects, root causes, and drive process improvements for reliability.
