Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior manager to oversee provider data governance and attribution for Medicaid operations. You will coordinate between provider relations, data management, analytics, and IT to ensure accurate data downstream and reliable outputs.

The role requires 5+ years in Medicaid or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and governance practices. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and root-cause identification abilities.
• Experience communicating complex operational issues to business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting reporting and operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, and IT to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audits, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify defects and drive process improvements to reduce rework and increase reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for data operations.
