Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Medicaid provider data governance and attribution operations. You will partner with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and support regulatory validation activities.

A strong background in data analytics and healthcare operations is required. Expect collaboration with health plans, IT, compliance, and claims teams to deliver reliable outputs and maintain directory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology partners to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities through monitoring and remediation.
• Identify recurring defects, root causes, and control gaps, driving process improvements.
