This remote-field role supports national payer strategies and collaborates with regional teams. You will build relationships with Medicaid decision-makers, shape state access plans, and partner with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and sales to drive payer coverage and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of biopharmaceutical experience, with at least 5+ years in government payer, reimbursement, or policy roles.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Oncology or immuno-oncology account management experience.
• Demonstrated success engaging US payers and understanding the payer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key Medicaid decision-makers (P&T, Medical and Pharmacy Directors) to secure access.
• Build state Medicaid access strategy across fee-for-service and managed care programs, prioritizing oncology coverage.
• Navigate state utilization management, prior authorizations, and DRG/DUR processes to reduce access friction.
• Collaborate with field reimbursement, HEOR, and Medical Affairs to define evidence needs for payers.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment on access, coverage, and reimbursement strategies.
