Job summary

Delta Dental of Minnesota is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to support Medicaid/Medicare operations and collaborate with DHS, MCOs, and TPAs. You will manage high-volume emails, projects, and process improvements while ensuring policy administration and timely communications.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in healthcare insurance, strong writing and verbal skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to local clients may be required; remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare insurance.
• Experience researching and resolving customer inquiries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Medicaid and Medicare lines of business.
• Handle high volume emails, project tasks, and escalated research.
• Administer policies and procedures; liaise with DHS, MCOs, and TPAs.
• Manage file transmissions, reports, and incident research with partners.
• Monitor monthly performance reports and support corrective actions.
