Job summary

Delta Dental of Minnesota, the state’s leading dental benefits provider, seeks a Partner Engagement Specialist to support Medicaid and Medicare lines, handling a high volume of emails, project work, escalated research, and process development initiatives. This role acts as a liaison with DHS, MCOs, TPAs, and internal leaders.

This position is with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota, and requires authorization to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in business.
• 1+ years of healthcare insurance experience.
• Experience researching and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve escalated items within turnaround times.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency.
• Administer functional process documentation.
• Review Government Programs networks and manage outreach with DHS/MCO partners.
• Coordinate with MCOs/TPAs to ensure accurate file transmissions and reporting.
• Monitor monthly performance reports and support corrective actions.
• Track benefit updates for Medicaid and Medicare lines.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and TPAs on inquiries and process changes.
