Job summary

State of Minnesota is seeking a temporary Health Care Enrollment Specialist to support the Medicare Enrollment Team within DHS, Health Care Administration. The role involves evaluating and assigning the correct managed care product for dually eligible consumers, with focus on MSHO or SNBC programs.

Telework is available for Minnesota or bordering states with approval. The position reports to the TPA Medicare Enrollment Team and requires knowledge of eligibility, policies, and enrollment

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience with Minnesota Health Care Programs or Managed Care Policy.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, prepare statistical reports, and enter data accurately.
• Bachelor's degree or higher may substitute one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments/dis-enrollments for MSHO, SNBC and Medicare enrollments and payments.
• Ensure enrollment data and Medicare notices are submitted accurately within contract and federal requirements.
