Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
• Knowledge of insurance terminology and EHR systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for Medicaid, Marketplace, and other programs.
• Educate patients on coverage options and assist with enrollments.
• Conduct outreach, prepare appointments, and verify eligibility.
• Review and reconcile patient accounts in the EHR.
• Travel to Erie sites as needed; may require evenings/weekends.
