Job summary

Johnston County Department of Social Services is seeking a Lead Worker to oversee the Income Maintenance Program for Family and Children’s Medicaid. The role includes supervising IMC II caseworkers, training staff on NC FAST, and ensuring eligibility determinations are accurate and timely.

The position requires experience in Income Maintenance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage caseloads and provide guidance during absences or vacancies.
