Johnston County DSS seeks a Medicaid Program Manager to supervise the Adult and Family & Children Medicaid Units, provide leadership, training, and oversight to ensure high-quality income maintenance services. You will help develop policies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, knowledge of Medicaid programs, and experience in policy development with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of supervisory experience in income maintenance or service programs.
• Experience in administration of Economic Service Programs and knowledge of federal/state laws.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, supervise and participate in income maintenance program delivery; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Lead staff meetings, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel actions.
• Develop policies and procedures; monitor training, reports and certifications.
• Report to Medicaid Division Director; drive unit goals and audits.
