Job summary

State of Wyoming seeks a Project Analyst to support Medicaid Enterprise System upgrades and replacements. You will coordinate business analysis, testing, documentation, and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements.

The role involves working with providers, Medicaid members, and technology partners, supporting PMO operations, and maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Validate project requirements throughout implementation.
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and functional requirements for Medicaid projects.
• Validate requirements throughout implementation lifecycle.
• Perform UAT testing and develop test cases.
• Coordinate with end users to ensure system meets needs.
• Assist with writing RFPs and procurement documentation.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and capture decisions.
• Review project deliverables and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor project risks and support mitigation strategies.
