Job summary

Rsircm is seeking an Enrollment Specialist Team Lead to supervise Medicaid, Disability, and Hospital Revenue Cycle activities. Lead and mentor Enrollment staff, ensuring accurate case management and compliant processing.

You will oversee day-to-day team operations, coordinate with client sites, and drive efficient workflows while maintaining high service levels and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective, efficient, and productive operational workflow
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
• Complete daily operational functions at the facility level

• Recommend operational efficiencies for enhanced team cohesion and client support
• Report to client locations, may vary from day to day
• Adhere to and supports organizational standards, policies, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
