Job summary

RSi in Fairfield, CA seeks an Enrollment Specialist Team Lead to provide leadership across Medicaid, Disability, and Hospital Revenue Cycle Management. Lead Enrollment staff, drive performance, and ensure smooth daily operations for client services.

You will mentor team members, optimize workflows, and sustain a high-growth, customer-focused culture while collaborating with healthcare providers and client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates problem solving and case management skills.
• Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Encourage a healthy work culture and environment by modeling positive, creative, and customer-focused characteristics
• Mentor team members to grow skill and prepare for future growth with the company
• Maintain effective, efficient, and productive operational workflow
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
• Complete daily operational functions at the facility level
• Respond to daily questions and concerns raised by client in a timely and responsible manner
• Recommend operational efficiencies for enhanced team cohesion and client support
• Report to client locations, may vary from day to day
• Adhere to and supports organizational standards, policies, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
