Job summary

Firstsource Solutions USA, LLC seeks a Supervisor for Eligibility & Enrollment. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Medicaid processes; high school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Eligibility Supervisor experience is helpful; Experience with Medicaid processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop departmental teams.
• Oversee and direct the daily activities of the staff.
• Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Department Manager.
• Prepare and conduct staff training.
• Maintain time and attendance records for staff.
• Problem solve operational issue.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring.
• Coordinate and inspect workflows.
• Maintain compliance with policies and data privacy.
