Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled technical professional to lead data and reporting solutions within the Medicaid Enrollment BIM team. You will develop and maintain databases, write advanced SQL, and validate high-volume data while supporting Power BI and Quickbase-based reporting.

The role requires translating complex Medicaid requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicating risks and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL analysis and troubleshooting.
• Independent database creation and maintenance.
• Data management, validation, extraction, and transformation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reporting, QA, testing, audits, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of data and reporting solutions.
• Write and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries and validate high-volume data.
• Build and maintain databases; extract or transform information for reporting.
• Identify data-quality risks and strengthen controls with stakeholders.
