Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead provider data integrity, attribution governance, and related operational controls across Medicaid operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate provider and attribution data in downstream systems and business processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Medicaid or managed care data, strong SQL/Excel/BI skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data issues into actionable risk mitigation and improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Ability to independently investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Experience investigating and resolving provider data issues across systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure accurate outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology partners to deliver data-driven projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify recurring defects, root causes, and control gaps; drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
