Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a data-focused professional to lead Medicaid Enrollment BIM data reporting initiatives. You will build and optimize data solutions, write advanced SQL, and ensure high-quality, scalable reporting across the enrollment lifecycle.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex Medicaid requirements into reliable technical deliverables, maintain dashboards in Power BI and Quickbase, and strengthen controls through testing, QA, and audits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data tasks.
• Experience with data validation, ETL, and reporting QA.
• Experience creating and maintaining databases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Quickbase preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of data reporting solutions.
• Write advanced SQL queries and manage high-volume enrollment data.
• Validate data quality and support testing/audit activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Medicaid requirements into scalable solutions.
• Identify data-quality risks and propose improvements.
