Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Project Manager to drive complex eligibility work from plan to go-live. You will align state leaders, vendors, and delivery teams, surface risks early, and ensure members receive the coverage they qualify for.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, 3+ years in Medicaid eligibility, and knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira. You will manage budgets, scope, and change, while coordinating with state agencies and federal

Competenze

5+ years of project management experience, including large, multi-stakeholder technology or policy implementations.
3+ years of experience on Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or other public assistance programs.
Experience working with state agencies, vendors, and federal requirements.
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar tools; familiar with Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery.

Mansioni

Plan and manage Medicaid eligibility and enrollment projects, including system changes, policy implementations and operational improvements.
Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones across state agency, vendor, and delivery teams.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions through RAID logs and clear escalation.
Lead implementation of new federal and state requirements within mandated deadlines (e.g., CMS/H.R. 1 provisions).
Coordinate with eligibility system vendors, managed care organizations, and adjacent programs like SNAP and MMIS.
Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; document decisions and actions.
