Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review referred uninsured/under-insured patients for program eligibility opportunities.
• Coordinate the application process to facilitate accurate submissions.
• Communicate with patients to obtain required documents for applications.
• Follow-up on submitted applications to ensure timely processing and posting.
• Document actions in patient accounting systems and maintain updated records.
• Develop relationships with Medicaid/state partners and coordinate with other departments.
