Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility supervisor experience is helpful.
• Experience with Medicaid processes is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise and develop departmental teams.
• Oversee and direct the daily activities of the staff.
• Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Department Manager.
• Prepare and conduct staff training.
• Maintain time and attendance records for staff.
• Problem solve operational issue.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring.
• Delegation and inspection of workflows.
• Uphold a strong commitment to business ethics, including confidentiality and data privacy.
• Maintain consistent performance to achieve predefined performance metrics.
• Strictly adhere to compliance regulations and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
