Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing Medicaid applications accurately.
• Collect, review, and organize required documentation needed to support Medicaid eligibility determinations.
• Follow up on missing information or documentation.
• Track application status and respond to requests for additional information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records with confidentiality.
• Communicate with government agencies and healthcare providers to support the process.
• Educate clients on Medicaid benefits, coverage options, and renewal requirements.
• Assist clients with Medicaid redeterminations and renewals.
• Stay informed of changes to Medicaid guidelines and processes.
• Provide compassionate customer service while maintaining professionalism.
