Job summary

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in Augusta, Maine seeks a Management Analyst I to track and complete data requests for the Office of MaineCare Services and other agencies. The role requires proficiency with Excel, basic SQL, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include preparing PREP reports for OCFS, performing large data pulls for Program Integrity and the Attorney General’s office, and creating hospital reports by compiling relevant claims data.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Track and complete data requests for OMS and other agencies.
• Pull and compile claims data for PREP reports for OCFS.
• Perform large data pulls for Program Integrity and the Attorney General’s office to identify fraud.
• Create reports for Maine hospitals by compiling claims data for specified periods.
• Back up processing and responding to incoming data requests.
