Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to analyze and support Epic and data analytics systems for Population Health Management. The role translates business information into meaningful data and digital solutions, designing reports and documenting department processes.

Collaboration with BI/Analytics, IT Clinical Systems, and the MaineHealth Medical Group is essential to achieve system-wide goals. The position requires strong Excel skills, BI experience (Power BI, SAP or Epic reporting),

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, information technology, or related field.
Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Power BI, SAP, or Epic reporting applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare workflows understanding.

Responsibilities

Analyze and test Epic and data analytics systems for Population Health Management.
Translate business information into meaningful data and digital solutions.
Design and analyze reports, define solutions, and create department-level documentation.
Collaborate with Analytics and BI, IT Clinical Systems, and Application Support teams; liaise with MaineHealth Medical Group.
