Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent and professional experience in social services casework, program development/delivery, or related fiscal analysis.
• Preference given to candidates with an LSW license issued by the Maine State Board of Social Worker Licensure.
• Competencies include interpreting regulatory standards, understanding Maine’s service delivery for older adults and people with disabilities, and using program data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement QA systems to monitor case management and inform program recommendations.
• Compile, analyze, and update policies, procedures, resources, and agreements.
• Evaluate and monitor community case management activities to ensure progress toward goals and document compliance.
• Plan, coordinate, conduct, and assess training activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify resources for disabled populations.
• Conduct on-site inspections and record reviews to ensure services meet state and federal laws and regulations.
