UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Medicaid Specialist to join our expanding team. This role emphasizes Medicaid and LTSS knowledge, data entry, and reporting with collaboration across care providers and internal partners.

Based in PST with Seattle flexibility to work remotely, you will analyze data, develop workflow improvements, and support performance metrics while maintaining high-quality service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years Medicaid experience.
• 2+ years LTSS experience.
• 1+ year data entry experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, providers and partners; facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Understand Medicaid and LTSS principles and apply to work.
• Enter data accurately and maintain data quality.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support program metrics.
• Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide proactive problem solving and maintain organization.
