Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Medicaid Specialist to join our growing team. You will engage with members, providers, networks and internal partners, applying your Medicaid and LTSS knowledge to analyze data and support reporting.

A strong data-entry background and proficiency with Excel are essential, with the flexibility to work remotely within PST. Key responsibilities include proactive problem solving, workflow improvement, and timely delivery of accurate analyses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Medicaid experience.
• 2+ years of LTSS experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, providers, networks, and partners.
• Analyze Medicaid and LTSS data and reports.
• Perform data entry with accuracy.
• Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Support workflow development and process improvements.
