Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years Medicaid experience.
• 2+ years LTSS experience.
• 1+ years data entry experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Must reside in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Responsibilities

• Engagement and relationship experience with members, providers, networks, internal and external partners.
• Written and oral communication skills; facilitating internal, cross-functional and external relationships.
• Deep understanding of Medicaid and LTSS principles.
