Job summary

iROW9 Inc. seeks an experienced Data Analyst with strong SQL/SAS and healthcare data expertise, especially Medicaid or claims data. You will analyze healthcare data, develop dashboards, and support program evaluation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, creating data extracts for CMS submissions, and presenting insights to stakeholders while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicaid.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/SAS and working knowledge of Python.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, especially Medicaid or claims-based data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicaid claims, eligibility, provider, and encounter data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Develop and validate data extracts for state and federal reporting, including CMS submissions.
• Support program evaluation, policy analysis, audits, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present actionable insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow data governance standards.
• Document reporting logic, data pipelines, methodologies, and assumptions.
• Apply machine learning and statistical methods for forecasting and risk stratification where appropriate.
