Job summary

RGP (Resources Connection) is seeking a healthcare analytics specialist to translate stakeholder needs into data-driven analyses. You will work with business leaders to evaluate clinical and care delivery outcomes, identify trends, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.

You will own dashboards from scratch using Power BI and Tableau, build data models, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Strong SQL and healthcare data experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare analytics.
• Experience analyzing healthcare, clinical, care delivery, or health plan data.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience developing and managing dashboards from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with data analytics and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven analyses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand healthcare challenges and translate into analyses.
• Analyze healthcare data to evaluate clinical, operational, and care delivery outcomes.
• Identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support care management analytics for Medicaid/Medi-Cal populations.
• Develop and apply data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Build, manage, and enhance dashboards from scratch using Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate across business, analytics, and technical teams.
