Qualifications

• Previous Medicaid experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Knowledge of NY Medicaid requirements preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid applications and recertifications.
• Collect and review required documentation.
• Follow up on pending applications and eligibility issues.
• Maintain accurate resident Medicaid records.
