Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicaid managed care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory deliverables to state Medicaid agencies.
• Research and advise on compliant business operations and policies per Medicaid program requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to inquiries from Medicaid agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual and regulatory obligations and educate staff as needed.
• Support external audit activities and manage deliverables and corrective action tracking.
