Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a career-level compliance professional to support the Medicaid managed care compliance program. You will partner with the Compliance Officer to develop processes that promote ethical behavior and regulatory adherence across our Medicaid plans.

Responsibilities include tracking regulatory deliverables, researching compliant operations, and creating communications for state Medicaid inquiries. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance; or a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies on or before due dates.
• Assist with research and recommendations to develop compliant business operations and policies per Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to state Medicaid inquiries or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program obligations for a Medicaid managed care organization and advise staff accordingly.
• Support external audit reviews including project management and tracking of deliverables and corrective actions.
