CVS Health is seeking a career level compliance professional to support the Medicaid managed care compliance program. You will work under the Compliance Officer to develop and maintain systems ensuring ethical, compliant business operations within our Medicaid plans.

Responsibilities include tracking regulatory deliverables, assisting with policy development, and maintaining tools for risk assessment and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance; or a Master’s degree.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicaid managed care is preferred.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Audit experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory/compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies on or before due dates.
• Assist with research to develop compliant operations, processes and policies per state Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to Medicaid agency inquiries or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program policy obligations as a Medicaid managed care organization.
• Support external audit review processes with project management and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain internal tools and resources to monitor health plan compliance processes.
