Responsibilities

• Meet with residents and families to discuss financial obligations.
• Assist with gathering documentation for Medicaid applicants.
• Input census information into billing and clinical software.
• Collect private and resident funds owed to the facility.
• Assist with the insurance authorization process.
• Distribute resident funds.
• Ensure admission agreements are signed.
• Other duties as required.
