Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the Business Office.
• Assist with monthly billing of Private and NAMI.
• Assist with collections of Private and NAMI.
• Process Direct Deposit forms for residents income (Social Security and Pensions).
• Attend monthly A/R meetings and weekly UR meetings.
• Handle resident banking including check cashing and disbursements.
• Assist with Medicaid applications and renewals.
