Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine patient eligibility for state, federal, and county assistance programs.
• Manage an assigned caseload and maintain established productivity standards.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff, patients, and state or government agency representatives.
• Assist patients and families throughout the enrollment and eligibility process.
• Prepare required documentation and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and HITECH requirements.
• Follow established organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
