Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid correspondence and input into the EDMS.
• Upload appeals and link to client cases in LaMEDS.
• Enter descriptive case notes into the EDMS.
• Notify analysts and CAU staff of required actions.
• Attend DAL hearings and prepare untimely appeal packets.
• Clear the Weekly DAL Docket and communicate with DAL.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
