Senior Account Manager, Digital & Tech at 24 Seven Inc. at 24 Seven LLC

Our client is an agency working with beauty, DTC and ecommerce brands. They are seeking a Programmatic Media Supervisor who is passionate about digital advertising and eager to help shape the future of how programmatic media is planned and executed in a constantly evolving digital ecosystem. This role involves working alongside programmatic leadership to enhance media offerings, establish best practices, and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven programmatic strategies, with a strong focus on performance, scale, and optimization. This role also includes mentoring a team, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring campaign success across various digital channels including CTV/OTT, DOOH, display, native, and streaming audio.

This position offers a dynamic environment for professionals seeking to advance their career in digital media and make a meaningful impact in client growth and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the execution of programmatic strategies that align with client goals
  • Own and manage client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and results
  • Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to optimize client campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams across media disciplines to deliver integrated media solutions
  • Clearly articulate the value of programmatic media, including tools, technologies, and processes, to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support new business initiatives, including proposal development and strategic recommendations
  • Deliver clear, insightful, and solution-oriented client presentations
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and campaign updates
  • Promote a team culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering both their technical and professional development
  • Conduct regular training sessions to share platform knowledge and evolving best practices

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic media planning and buying, including strategy, execution, and client communication
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon, Verizon)
  • Familiarity with key ad tech tools such as Moat, IAS, DoubleVerify, DCM, DFP, and Flashtalking
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency in managing cross-channel tactics, including DOOH, CTV/OTT, display, native, and audio
  • Solid understanding of both the buy- and sell-side of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring team members
