Job summary

Quad offers a twelve-week Corporate Trainee Agency internship in Chicago, with a hybrid schedule of four days per week in the downtown office. Interns will explore roles in Media, Media Planning, Analytics, Strategy, and Project Management while engaging with senior leaders across the agency.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, exposure to Quad's data-driven culture, and opportunities to participate in company events and projects, strengthening industry knowledge and career development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related majors
• Entering junior or senior year
• If currently outside of Chicago, relocation to Chicago for duration of internship would be at your own expense
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship for the maximum duration of the program
• Applicants MUST submit an unofficial transcript and a resume
• Candidates are highly ENCOURAGED to submit a cover letter with their application, but is NOT required

Responsibilities

• Possible roles include Media, Media Planning, Analytics, Strategy, Project Management, and others
• Interns may have the opportunity to engage in special projects and connect with senior leaders throughout Quad
• Throughout, interns gain hands-on experience in the industry and learn Quad's business model
• Interns are included in all summer Trainee events including Speaker Series and Town Halls
