Quad/Graphics is offering a twelve-week Corporate Trainee Agency - Media Internship in Chicago, IL. The program is hybrid, requiring four days per week in the downtown office.

Interns will join Quad’s Media Agency of Record, gaining hands-on experience across media planning, analytics, strategy and project management. Possible roles include Media, Media Planning, Analytics, Strategy, and more, with opportunities to engage in special projects and connect with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 4-year Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related majors
• Entering junior or senior year
• If currently outside of Chicago, relocation to Chicago for duration of internship would be at your own expense
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no additional sponsorship for the maximum duration of the program
• Applicants MUST submit an unofficial transcript and a resume
• Candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter but not required

Job Overview

Quad's Corporate Trainee Agency - Media Internship is a twelve-week internship located in Chicago, Illinois. This is a hybrid program requiring four days per week (Monday-Thursday) in our downtown Chicago office.

The Quad Corporate Trainee program places CTP Interns within our award-winning, full-service Media Agency of Record headquartered in Chicago that is backed by data and powered by people. We create omnichannel experiences using our proprietary tech stack and advanced analytics capabilities to help solve the unique struggles brands face today. This approach, with transparency at its core, specializes in omnichannel media, commerce and retail media, advanced in-home media, as well as content and creator marketing.

Possible roles include Media, Media Planning, Analytics, Strategy, Project Management, and others. In addition, interns may have the opportunity to engage in special projects, and have the ability to connect with senior leaders throughout Quad. Throughout, interns not only gain hands on experience in the industry, but they also learn Quad's business model.

Corporate Trainee Interns are included in all summer Trainee events including Speaker Series, Town Halls, and other development opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in 4-year Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related majors
• Entering junior or senior year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience in marketing, business, customer service, printing/publishing, or sales
• Job or volunteer experience
• Involvement and leadership in extra-curricular campus activities or non-profit organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rate between $16/hr and $19/hr, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
